My name is Donna, and I’m a qualified Reiki Practitioner and a GHSC-qualified Hypnotherapist, offering healing and support for those seeking peace, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.

At 64, I bring not only my professional training but also a lifetime of experience, compassion, and wisdom gathered from walking many paths.

I sought hypnotherapy back in 2002 to help me pass my driving test, as I became so anxious as soon as I got in the car for the test, I could barely function. The sessions helped me feel calmer and more confident behind the wheel. As a result, I successfully passed my test the very next time I took it.

My journey to holistic healing came later in life — not by accident, but by deep calling. After years of supporting others in different ways, I realised that true healing begins from within. That realisation led me to explore the powerful tools of Reiki and Hypnotherapy.

Reiki has given me a profound appreciation for the body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. As a certified Reiki Practitioner, I offer gentle, energy-based sessions that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical well-being.

Hypnotherapy, with its ability to tap into the subconscious mind, offers powerful transformation. Whether you’re looking to overcome anxiety, manage pain, shift habits, or simply explore your inner world, hypnotherapy provides a safe and supportive space for change.

How Can Hypnotherapy Help Me ?

What is Past Life Regression?

Hypnotherapy and Reiki can be carried out in person at your home or in my therapy area. Treatment can also be done via Zoom or any other video platform/conference apps.

What is Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic holistic treatment developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 20th century. It is pronounced ray-key. You might also hear it called Reiki energy, Usui system of Reiki and therapeutic touch.

The Japanese word reiki means universal energy. Eastern medicine systems work with this energy, which they believe flows through all living things and is vital to well-being. The energy is known as 'Ki' in Japan, 'Chi' in China and 'prana' in India. Reiki isn't part of any type of religion or belief system.

As a Reiki practitioner, I put my hands on or near your clothed body. One of the main aims is to help you relax. As a Reiki practitioner, I aim to change and balance the ‘energy fields’ in and around your body.
